How to Order

Please click on the Quick Order Form to place your order and proceed to checkout. This is the fastest way to order through the portal.

Allowable Order Quantities

Please note the following minimum order quantities:

Butta Block and Butta Balm - Minimum of 6 per shade, and multiples of 6 per shade thereafter. Max Order 480 of any one shade.

Butta Block and Butta Balm Testers - Minimum of 1 and maximum of 1 of each shade.

Kabuki Makeup Brush - Minimum of 6, and multiples of 6 thereafter. Max Order 480.

Contour + Blend Brush - Minimum of 6, and multiples of 6 thereafter. Max Order 480.

Wetsuit Travel Bag – Minimum of 6, and multiples of 6 thereafter. Max Order 480.

Vegan Brush Balm - Minimum of 6, and multiples of 6 thereafter. Max Order 480.

Refresha Balm - Minimum of 6, and multiples of 6 thereafter. Max Order 480.

Renewa Oil - Minimum of 6, and multiples of 6 thereafter. Max Order 480.

Retail Stands - Minimum of 1, and multiples of 1 thereafter. Max Order 5.

For orders exceeding the Maximum amount please contact Sol Sista Co for reduced shipping rates and we can place a special order.

Payment Methods

Several payment methods are available at check-out.

For orders placed via Bank Transfer please notify us once you have made payment so that we can mark your order as paid to trigger fulfillment. Orders paid for via credit card, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Google or Apple Pay or Pay Pal will be processed automatically.

Pre- Orders and Out of Stock Items

Please note that the wholesale shop is set up to accept Pre-Orders for out-of-stock products. Selecting an item that is labelled as Pre-Order places you in the queue for that product once it becomes available again.

Orders that contain both a Pre-Order and In Stock item will not be shipped until the Pre-Order item is in stock. Customers can place a separate order for in stock items only if they do not wish to wait.

Items listed as \"Backorder\" on the Quick Order Form are Pre-Order products.

Testers

Testers arrive without the packaging and barcode and legally cannot be sold to customers.
