Refund policy
Sol Sista Collective handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
At Sol Sista Collective, we want you to love your products as much as we do. For any issues whatsoever with your order please contact us at heysis@solsistacollective.com.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Sol Sista Collective will replace genuinely faulty or damaged products and pay for the cost of shipping where the customer provides evidence of the fault or damage.
For quick resolution we recommend emailing us within 2 business days of receiving a damaged or faulty product. Please attach photos of the damage and one of our friendly team members will be in touch.
Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. We also do not offer exchanges.
If, in rare circumstances, our customer service team approves a refund, a $10 handling fee will apply. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
