How long will my order take to arrive?
WE always wait one business day before shipping your parcel, so we can help with order & address change requests.
Standard Shipping Metro Areas: You can expect delivery within 3-8 business days.
Standard Remote Locations: Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Express 2-4 business days
International Orders: Depending on where you are, international orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days.

How do I process a return?
To initiate a return, please reach out to our support team for guidance. We accept returns for unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
As much as we’d love to make everyone happy, returns on used products aren’t accepted for health and safety reasons.

Do you do exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If your item is unopened and within 7 days of purchase, reach out to us for return instructions. Once your return is processed, we will issue a store credit you can reorder the product you’d like instead!

How do I apply for a refund?
Refunds are available on unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Contact our support team hello@solistacollective.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the refund process as smoothly as possible.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend choosing a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
I’m not satisfied with my product. Can I return it if it’s been used?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

How do I choose my shade?
BUTTA BLOCK™ SPF 50+ shades are designed to be flexible across skin tones - not an exact match. They blend out & melt into the skin.
Sand
Best for fair skin that rarely tans. Applies lightly with a neutral to slightly warm undertone.
Tan
Our light to medium shade with a neutral undertone. Blends beautifully across most mid-tone skin.
Deep Tan
Designed for deeper tanned and olive skin tones.
Because this is skincare-first sun protection, the shades are made to sheer out and adapt - giving glow, warmth and evening of tone without feeling heavy or mask-like.
We’re currently expanding the range to include:
An ultra-light shade with a soft pink undertone & a true dark shade both coming in 2026.
I have sensitive skin. Will your SPF products irritate me?
Our formulas are crafted with naturally derived, skin-loving ingredients that are known to be gentle and nourishing, especially for sensitive skin.
However, since everyone’s skin is unique, we always suggest starting with a patch test to make sure it’s the right match for you.
We have a growing list of stockists AUS wide, which all have testers.
Sol Sista Co. formulas are made for Women, but is it still safe for my young ones?
Yes! Our mineral-based formulations are gentle enough for kids’ sensitive skin, so you can feel good about sharing Sol Sista Co. with your little ones when you’re out in the sun.
I have acne. Can I use your products?
Yes, our SPF products are well-suited for acne-prone skin. Zinc is one of our key ingredients, known for its calming, anti-inflammatory properties that help to soothe and protect the skin without clogging pores. It’s a win-win for sun protection and skin care.
However we do use natural based waxes for water their resistant properties.We alway recommend a good cleanse at the end of the day. Like with any skin care, please patch test first.

I have hyperpigmentation. Can I use your products?
Absolutely. Our SPF 50+ offers high protection, which is essential for preventing further sun induced pigmentation. Plus, we’ve included Kakadu plum in our formula—a powerhouse ingredient rich in Vitamin C. Known to brighten and even out skin tone, Kakadu plum not only helps reduce the appearance of dark spots over time but also boosts your skin’s natural glow.
My skin shade isn’t included in your SPF range. Will you be releasing more?
We hear you, and we’re working on it!
We are a young brand and had to start with two shades only - we have now grown that to 3 shades. We are working on releasing and ULTRA LIGHT & DARK shades in 2016.
You say BUTTA BLOCK is TGA certified -what does that mean?
TGA certification means that our BUTTA BLOCK meets Australia’s high standards for quality, safety, and efficacy. It’s a rigorous process that ensures you’re getting trusted, premium sun protection in every application.
How long will your SPF last in the water?
Our formula is designed and tested for up to 4 hours of water resistance, so you can enjoy your time in the ocean or pool with confidence. Just remember to reapply every 2 hours as use directed.
Is your SPF reef-safe?
Yes, our SPF is mineral-based and ocean-friendly and is internationally certified REEF SAFE certified. We only use ingredients that are safe for marine life and avoid synthetic fragrances or harmful chemicals that could damage our beautiful reefs.
Where are your skin products made, and who develops them?
All of our products are proudly made in Australia. We work closely with reputable Australian manufacturers and experienced chemists to create quality skincare.
What are your recommendations for traveling and storing your products? Will they melt?
To keep our products at their best, always store them below 30°C in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. This keeps the formula stable and ready for your next adventure.

Are all of your products created and scoured ethically?
Yes, we’re committed to ethical practices every step of the way. We prioritise local sourcing to keep our footprint light and our values strong.
Are your products and packaging recyclable?
Absolutely! We’re all about sustainability - our tubes are made with PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled Plastics), and all packaging materials are 100% recycled and recycleable.
Our brushes have been created to be used time & time again, and our wetsuit essentials bag has been made extra durable to last a lifetime of adventures.
We have a recycling program in place with Terracycle & we are partnered with PlasticBank.
Do you sell refills?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on refillable options—stay tuned for updates as we continue to evolve!
Does your SPF contain ingredients that could harm ocean or freshwater marine life?
Nope! Our SPF is free from harmful ingredients. It’s mineral-based and formulated with ocean friendly, reef-safe ingredients that won’t harm marine ecosystems.
