We use Australia Post for all orders.
All orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia. Interstate orders in Australia typically take approximately 5-8 business days to arrive but can take up to 14 days in rare circumstances.

Our international shipping rates are reviewed periodically and are subject to change due to fluctuation in exchange rates and the international logistics markets.

We ship to many countries worldwide, excluding Spain, Israel, and countries under UN embargo. Please contact us via email if you are unable to place an order for delivery to your country as we are continually adding new countries to our global reach.

US, UK & Canada: Standard: 6-10 business days. Please note some shipments may take longer due to customs or shipping delays which are outside of our control. If you do not receive your package within the 10 days please contact us and we will track your order through Australia Post.

Processing Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched one full business day after order is placed. This is to allow us to make any changes as per customers requests. (excluding public holidays). Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order is shipped.
Taxes, Tariffs, Duties & Customs Charges
The pricing for USA based customers includes the 10% minimum baseline tariff that the USA government has imposed on all imported Australian products entering the USA.
Any other sales tax, duties, or customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping.
International customers from other countries may be required to pay tariffs, sales tax, duties, or customs charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping.
We recommend contacting your local customs agent or office if you’re unsure about tariffs, taxes and customs charges for your country.
Sol Sista Collective is not responsible for any additional costs described above and we cannot mark orders as "gifts" or falsify declarations for export purposes.
Refunds will not be issued for orders left unclaimed at customs in your country or for delayed shipment outside of Sol Sista Co control.

Change of or incorrect address
If you update your address with your local post office or Australia Post, Sol Sista Co. is not liable for lost or undelivered parcels. If you enter the incorrect address at checkout Sol Sista Co. is not liable for lost or undelivered parcels.
Please email our customer care team to make changes before your order is shipped.
Lost & Damaged Parcels
Once your order has left our warehouse, responsibility transfers to Australia Post. We are not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry or claim. They will be able to investigate and assist you further.
Public holidays
Shipping days do not include weekends or public holidays.
