Terms
EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of order placement.
Sol Sista Collective exercises our Right of Retention, which means your refund will be withheld until goods are returned to us.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Parcel must be sent with tracking.
This policy is applicable for EU customers only. All other requests submitted via this form will be ignored. If you wish to submit a request for refund, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy.
