Refresha Balm™ Refresh + Reset Balm Cleanser is a buttery balm-to-milk cleanser designed to effortlessly melt away SPF, makeup, salt, sweat and daily buildup - without stripping the skin.

Made with at least 95% naturally derived ingredients, this modern cleansing formula transforms from a rich nourishing balm into a silky milky cleanser on contact with water, leaving skin feeling clean, soft, hydrated and comfortably balanced.

Thoughtfully formulated with nourishing ingredients including Cucumber Seed Oil, Roman Chamomile, Jojoba Oil, Davidson Plum and Aloe Vera, Refresha Balm™ helps support the skin barrier while replenishing hydration and comforting stressed, sun-exposed skin. Rich in essential fatty acids, antioxidants and soothing botanical extracts, these ingredients work to help leave skin feeling refreshed, calm and healthy-looking after cleansing.

Designed for daily use after long days in the sun, ocean and outdoors, it’s a more nourishing, skin-supportive approach to cleansing.

How to Use & Keep

Apply a small amount onto dry skin and gently massage to melt away makeup, SPF and daily buildup. Add warm water to emulsify into a silky milk before rinsing thoroughly. Use morning and/or night.

Store below 30°C in a dry, cool place.

Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs and seek medical advice. For external use only.

Our packaging is made from post-consumer recycled plastic (PCRP) and are fully recyclable, while our box cartons are crafted from certified FSC card. All packing materials are made from 100% recycled materials and are also fully recyclable.

    No - Refresha Balm™ is designed to effectively remove daily impurities including SPF, makeup, sweat and excess oil in one cleanse.

    However, if you enjoy double cleansing or layering with a mist or toner afterwards, that’s completely personal preference.

    Absolutely.

    Its gentle, non-stripping formula makes it beautiful for both morning and evening use. Use it in the morning for a fresh, hydrated cleanse, or at night to melt away SPF, makeup, salt, sweat and the day.

    The balm transforms into a silky oil cleanser before emulsifying into a light milky texture when water is added, leaving skin feeling clean, soft and replenished - never stripped or greasy.

    Is Refresha Balm™ suitable for sensitive skin?

    Refresha Balm™ was formulated to be gentle, nourishing and barrier-supportive using naturally derived ingredients.

    As with any skincare product, we always recommend patch testing first if you have particularly sensitive or reactive skin.

    Can I travel with Refresha Balm™?

    Yes - Refresha Balm™ is travel-friendly and perfect for beach bags, overnight stays and holidays.

    Like most balm cleansers, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and avoiding prolonged direct heat or sunlight, as the balm may soften or melt in extreme temperatures.

    Do I use Refresha Balm™ on dry or wet skin?

    For best results, apply to dry skin with dry hands first. Massage into skin to melt away makeup, SPF and impurities, then add warm water to emulsify into a milky cleanse before rinsing away.
